Client: Faculty of Engineering Marketing Team, Kingston University.

Need: To make Faculty DVD available online for free.

Solution: Convert Faculty promotional DVD into an online media player.

Specific Objectives: Convert DVD into FLV video format. Embed a Flash video player which loads external FLV files using an XML playlist. Provide the user with thumbnails to select any video in the list.
